Hey! I just thought I'd give a quick update on happenings around here . . . We got home early Wednesday morning from family camp and conference in Alabama. It was a great time. I forget from year to year how spiritually refreshing camp always is . . . besides all the great fellowship too.

For some reason, we came home really tired - the kids have slept late every day and they're all still in PJ's now - so we're recovering, I guess. We have a wedding tonight for a sweet girl in our church (don't you love Friday weddings??? So nice to recover on Saturday).

Then the weekend as usual, (except an added blessing of a surprise visit from my sister and her husband!) then on Monday we will go to our Heartland Camp here in Oklahoma. Darrell will do the youth services and activities there and I will just enjoy camp! :>) We are really excited about the possibility of some of our youth group getting to go too.

We will get home from Heartland on Sunday night late, then be home till Wednesday morning when we will leave for Kentucky to celebrate the wedding of two of our friends - Kyle and Amy. Such an exciting time for them!

We will come back to OK on Saturday, then leave for McPherson camp on Monday, where Darrell and his dad will be preaching. That's about 3 hours away, so we will come back home for that Sunday, August 2 - Darrell's 29th birthday. Then on Monday we begin our own VBS here.

I put all that here not to complain (who could complain about getting to be at camp mtg that much!), but just to say its gonna be a little crazy. I hope to get some pictures of fun moments and share them, but it might be a while. If you think of us, pray that will will have His strength and protection.
